Manipur's land law draws one line and everything follows it: the Imphal valley runs a recorded system, pattas and jamabandi entries served through the Louchapathap portal, while the hills, most of the state, hold land under customary tenure with protections the valley's rules never touch. This hub maps both worlds through two guides: how ownership works on each side of the line, and how a buyer verifies on each.
