Is listing on 1acre really free?
Yes. Listing your property on our public platform is completely free. However, we have a Preliminary verification process before we list any Land on our platform. Only verified listings are posted to the platform.
Do I need to pay anything if my land gets sold through listing on 1acre.in?
If you are listing a Land on 1acre, the buyers will call you directly on your contact number. You do not need to pay any commission to 1acre, on closing the transaction, whether you are an agent or a land owner. 1acre only charges for transactions that we facilitate - Where the Land owner had explicitly asked us to sell, on his or her behalf.

Can agents list properties on behalf of owners?
Yes, real estate agents and brokers can list Lands. However, 1acre maintains transparency and marks listings to indicate if they are from a direct owner or an agent.
Can I edit or update my listing after it's published?
Yes. You can access all the Lands Listed by you, in your profile. Click on any land and you can place an edit or delete request. If it’s sold out, you can let us know and we will mark it as sold out.
Can I list multiple properties at the same time?
I am an agent. Will I be paid commission from the Buyers who call from the Platform?
As an agent, you might have specific expectations (including % commissions) from the buyers, in a transaction. You are advised to mention your expectations to the Buyer clearly, during the initial conversation. Similarly, we encourage the Buyers to actively discuss and sign the percentage commissions with the agents, so the process does not become inconvenient at a later date.
