Will there be any difference in terms of access to features between the Quarterly and the Yearly Subscription?
No. Both tiers unlock the same features — only the validity differs. Quarterly gives you 3 months of access; Yearly gives you 12.
Do I need Premium to contact sellers?
No — you get 5 free seller calls per month on any account. Premium makes it unlimited.
How do I pay? Is it secure?
Payments are processed through Razorpay. UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking and wallets are supported. 1acre does not store card details.
Can I use Premium on multiple devices?
Yes. Premium is linked to your account — log in with your mobile number on any device.
What is Tag-Along? Is it included in Premium?
I bought a Lifetime subscription earlier — what happens to my access?
If you paid for a Lifetime subscription with 1acre.in, your access stays valid for life as promised. You'll continue to have full access to all Premium features.
Does the Yearly plan auto-renew?
No. There's no auto-renewal currently. Your Yearly subscription runs for 12 months from the date of purchase, after which you can renew manually.
What's your refund policy?
Once you've used any Premium feature — a map layer or extra seller calls — the subscription is non-refundable, as the access has already been delivered. If you haven't accessed anything yet and something's gone wrong, write to us at [email protected] and we'll look into it.
Can I upgrade from Quarterly to Yearly mid-cycle?
Not really — upgrades aren't supported mid-cycle. Once your Quarterly subscription ends, you can move to the Yearly plan for your next renewal.
How do the map layers help me evaluate a piece of land?
Each layer answers a question that would otherwise take days — or a trip to a government office. The Masterplan layer shows how the plot is zoned — residential, commercial, industrial or agricultural. Metro, Ring Road and Expressway layers show upcoming connectivity, which drives future price. The Survey Number layer confirms the parcel matches what the seller is claiming. Air Funnel, CRZ, Heritage and lake-buffer layers flag construction restrictions that could limit what you can build on the plot. You get all of this before you even call the seller.
Who is the Premium Subscription useful for?
Developers, serious land buyers and valuators already use 1acre Premium almost daily for land evaluation. They rely on it for two things — discovering verified land pools in their target areas, and evaluating any land parcel they come across, even plots they didn't find through 1acre. Most of the Premium features and map layers you see today were built as direct recommendations from developers and high-volume land buyers who use the platform every day.
