How registration slot booking works in Telangana

Definition

Slot booking is the appointment system for executing registration before the sub-registrar or Tahsildar. For agricultural land it runs inside Bhu Bharati and requires the parcel's verified permanent Bhudhaar; non-agricultural property books through IGRS Telangana.

The Bhudhaar precondition is the system's anti-fraud spine: by refusing a slot until the parcel's identity is verified, Telangana blocks the double-registration scripts that plagued earlier years. It also means your booking problems are usually identifier problems in disguise.

Sequence the money correctly. Stamp duty and fees are paid by challan against the government value or deal price, whichever is higher, before the appointment. The challan number joins the booking, and mismatched amounts stall the slot.
