Land monitoring service (for lands around Hyderabad)

Regular monitoring drastically reduces the risk of encroachment, while also giving you in-time information.

At INR 1000 per month, we'll visit your land twice every month, inspect and send you pictures and videos.

Currently, this service is available for a limited area - 10KM radial distance all along the ORR, plus the west (till Shankarpalli) and south-west(till Shadnagar).

What is your scope of work in the Land monitoring service?

For the current fees (INR 1000 per month), we’ll visit your site twice every month, click pictures and videos and send them to you. We’ll also compare them with the visits from the previous pictures and update you in case we notice any differences.

Do you assure land protection?

No. Our role as far as this service is concerned, would only be to update you on the status of the land from time to time. You can take the necessary action, based on the timely information provided by us.

What are the prerequisites from the owner’s side?

First, we would verify proof of ownership. The land needs to be clearly demarcated (fence/boundary wall). We’ll also set up a board with the ownership details and that the property is monitored by 1acre.in.

Will you also assist me in case I want to sell my land in the future?

Yes. Since we’ll be familiar with the land, we would share the details with all our premium subscribers and registered investors, whenever you want to sell it.

Do you also monitor plots?

Yes.
