If you're looking for a fresh parcel of land, the minimum size is 50 acres. At ₹4–6 lakh per acre in our current focus area (Yavatmal), that works out to approximately ₹2–3 crore. However, there are also smaller parcels in the same area that are available as part of Tag-Along — check the 'Smaller Parcels Currently Available' section above for what's open right now.
Yavatmal is in eastern Maharashtra, well-connected to Nagpur (1–2 hours) and within 5–6 hours of Mumbai, Pune, and Hyderabad. Large agricultural parcels are still available at ₹4–6 lakh/acre — a price point that's increasingly rare this close to major expressway corridors. Infrastructure development in the region (expressways, warehousing zones, Napier grass production) is creating long-term appreciation potential while entry prices remain low.
We offer a Land Monitoring service at ₹50,000/year (for parcels up to 30 acres). Our team visits at least once a month and keeps you posted on the land. If we have a parcel adjacent to yours that we're actively cultivating, we can extend the cultivation to your land too. Depending on the parcel, your requirements, and feasibility, other activities can also be planned.
Visiting the site is mandatory for Tag-Along properties. We take due diligence seriously and we encourage you to do the same.
We'll do our best, but no guarantees. 1acre operates an active marketplace with 16,000+ verified listings. When you're ready to sell, let us know and we'll work to find a buyer. We'll also notify you whenever we receive an offer from a qualified buyer on your parcel.
No. NRIs cannot buy any Tag-Along properties directly in their name. All Tag-Along parcels are agricultural lands, and Indian law does not permit NRIs to purchase agricultural land directly.
