Goa keeps its land in layers: the DSLR's Form I & XIV on top, and beneath it the Communidade rolls, Conservatória registrations and Civil Code inventories a century of history wrote. Registration runs on NGDRS, conversion on the sanad and the planning gates, boundaries on survey plans priced by the metre.
