Question 1

How do I check if my plot falls under the Cuttack CDPA Master Plan 2030 residential zone?

Accepted Answer

Cross-reference the survey number against the CDA zone maps at cdacuttack.nic.in and the 1acre Premium Cuttack Masterplan layer — both must confirm the same residential zone. Check on 1acre Premium . If they conflict, the official CDA zonal map governs; request a written zone certificate from CDA before proceeding.

Question 2

Question 3

Can I build a house on agricultural land inside the CDPA area?

Question 5

What is the difference between gharabari and agricultural land in Cuttack?
