Confirm both the applicable Permissible Top Elevation and which aerodrome's clearance process governs a specific survey number with the Lucknow Development Authority and the relevant Air Force or AAI office before signing an agreement.

The corridor running from central Lucknow out toward Bakshi Ka Talab along Sitapur Road deserves the closest scrutiny of all, since it is the one stretch where a buyer genuinely cannot assume which aerodrome's rules apply without checking both. A plot that looks safely outside CCSIA's funnel on a simple radius map can still sit inside Bakshi Ka Talab's, and the reverse is equally possible.
